Therefore, to reduce the high strain on the infrastructure, the Utility has been carrying out preparatory tasks with special focus.

Among the tasks completed before the holiday include: inspecting medium and low voltage distribution lines, tightening sagging electric wires, replacing wooden poles with oncrete ones, upgrading the capacity of overloaded transformers, and installing auxiliary transformers.

In addition, to reduce power outages on the eve and the day of the holiday, and to provide a rapid response when outages occur, as well as to deliver reliable and efficient electric power, emergency maintenance task forces have been established across all levels of the Utility.

Furthermore, power recharging services will be available at selected centers on the holiday. However, the Utility advises prepaid meter customers to ensure they have purchased and loaded sufficient power credit before the holiday arrives.

Finally, customers can provide feedback or information related to service delivery by contacting the Customer Contact Center via phone numbers 905/904, using the Utility's social media pages, or notifying the nearest service center.
